I’ve been drinking this shake so much lately that I’d like to share it with you.
A kick of caffeine or light ice-coffee.
Ingredients:
100 ml ice-cold coffee (not too strong)
150 ml milk (you can use full fat)
1/4 t cardamom (in powder)
1/2 t brown sugar (adds the sweetness)
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend 5-10 sec. The blender adds creaminess and richness.
I’m off to make some sweet cinnamon peanut butter (with dates or honey) – yumm
I’ve heard peanuts are not so high-quality nuts.
What do you think about that?

Peanuts aren’t? That’s news to me! And that coffee looks YUMMY!!
P.S. Check out my post later today
Yeey, one happy Emma!
News to me about the peanuts. They’re probably one of my favorite nuts, so I hope it’s not true
I’m not a coffee fan, but that shake is a great idea. I wonder if it would work with a strong brewed tea like black tea or Earl Grey..
I’d use ginger with black tea..in winter I make such “Indian tea” and I like it a lot. I’d still continue using peanuts no matter what people say about them. I’ve been making peanut butter for 10 years so far and I’m still alive lol.
They say that almonds have the best nutritional profile among nuts … but peanuts aren’t really nuts, anyway
Almonds are also most expensive nuts here, about 17 eur/kg in bulk, it depends on the brand. Peanuts are just 3 eur/kg.
I feel you! My favourite nuts are almonds (I buy them in bulk, cheaper that way), but peanut butter to me is better than almond butter- okay, I tried only one brand of almond butter, but only because it’s three times as expensive as pb!
if you’re not a fan of peanuts, i’m not a fan of you. just kidding! i’ve heard that peanuts are one of the lowest GI foods, which means they take the longest to digest. to be honest, they’re one of the ONLY foods that keep me full for more than 2 hours, a sad fact
but i love me some peanut butter!
Haha, I love peanuts and I love you!
Peanut butter is the best!
