Yay to the fruit hugging month of July!
My fellow didn’t want to be hugged too much since it’s well weaponed against such too intense fruit huggers
. Well my dear pineapple isn’t as big and nice anymore…it’s half eaten and half in pieces right now!
Hugging it a bit more intensely..a sweet boy with big hair
.
Time to share some eats:
Mighty chocolate oatmeal
Easy peasy… oats, milk/water, cocoa powder, sugar, salt. Cook oats in half milk half water, add salt and sugar, after 5 minutes of cooking set aside and add cocoa powder. I used Kelsey’s (originally Katie’s – girls with K are inventive
) voluminous oatmeal trick, so I had two portions instead of one!
The snack was pretty simple (and not wholesome):
store-bought fruit yoghurt and store-bought cookies
All I did was to mix the two ingredients together. Voila!
Today’s breakfast was waiting for me in the fridge (poor brekkie) when I finally went to get it out.
Nana overnight oats
Oats, milk/water, salt, honey, raisins, cinnamon + banana (added in the morning)
This bowl was actually nothing extraordinary but there were not many more ingredients at hand.
I used milk from our cow (it has a fuller taste than store-bought milk which I actually don’t want to buy anymore).
My blog’s one year old, so there’s something coming…

It’s crunchy and something special.

Woo, I was definitely going to a hug a pineapple for my Hug-a-Fruit picture, too! They’re the the best.
Aw, that’s awesome! Gotta love voluminous oatmeal.
And thanks for the compliment; Katie and I joke that our minds are connected.. lol.
Lol, the yogurt + cookie combo looks great. Sometimes simple is best.
Yay for overnight oats!
Ooh, a giveaway?! I can’t wait!! I have one coming up soon on my blog, too.
Ahh you’re too cute with your pineapple!
